The City of Robins has received a $75,000 REAP (Resource Enhancement and Protection) Grant from the DNR (Department of Natural Resources)!!  With these monies, the city is purchasing additional land adjacent to the City Park located on South Troy Road, which will allow a trail connection to the Cedar Valley Nature Trail , additional baseball fields, and more green space for us to enjoy. 

The City has also received a $5,000 grant from the Greater Cedar Rapids Community Foundation to purchase new playground equipment.  If you would like to help install the new play ground equipment, contact City Hall at 393-0588 for details.  Thanks in advance!!!

Development of the 7-acre park located on East Knoll Drive is scheduled for this coming summer.  Once again, the city is looking for volunteers or donations to help fund the park and all of its amenities.
