The A/D converters are Burr-Brown ADS1210 24 bit Delta-Sigma chips. With careful attention to details I am hoping to get 20 bits of resolution out of them. If the sample rate is kept to a submultiple of 60 Hz there is a deep notch in the response at the power line frequency and it's harmonics. The circuit is arranged so that all three converters take their samples at the same time. This makes calculations on the signals more accurate.
